The owner and founder of Prestige Wellness began her journey as a Pilates instructor, where she built her reputation and brand known as Prestige Pilates. After sharing her passion in Scotland for several years and recently teaching in sunny Spain, she found a new calling: to create something special back in her hometown in Scotland, surrounded by her loving family and dear friends.

She dreamed of opening a warm and welcoming space that brings together all aspects of wellness under one roof, fostering a community where everyone can feel good and thrive. She envisions it as a space for everybody and every body—a place where people can disconnect from the outside world while improving their physical and mental well-being.
